The equipment is easy and convenient to operate with stable performance.
It adopts PLC automatic control system and variable frequency speed control. All electrical parts are products of internationally famous brands.
Actions of all parts are subject to photoelectric monitoring. The part where any abnormal situation occurs during the operation will be displayed, and automatic stopping will be carried out to eliminate the malfunction. The main drive is provided with overload protective device.
In case of material shortage, the carton, lining and user manual will not carry out feeding automatically. If there are any materials, the carton, lining and user manual will carry out feeding automatically.
In case of lining or user manual shortage, automatic elimination will be carried out.
According to user requirements, the machine can realize the packaging of various specifications of products. With convenient adjustment and commissioning, it is suitable for production of large batches of products of a single specification, and also suitable for production of small batches of products of multiple specifications.
The replacement of packaging specifications can be realized without the need of changing any spare part. The adjustment is simple, convenient and fast.
